Our Process at Rave Benefits is so much more than just shopping for insurance. It’s a 365-day approach aimed at lowering the cost of your employee benefits expenditure while increasing employee satisfaction. Each component of our process is an essential building block for an all-encompassing total rewards-benefits strategy. Our process begins with a foundation of education. While employees value their benefits, research shows 85% of workers are confused about their coverage. Because of this, Rave Benefits makes employee education our #1 priority.

The next step in our process focuses on communication. Having education initiatives is great but if you don’t have a variety of ways to communicate the information then what’s the point? In a recent study, 81% of employees expressed a desire for benefit communications throughout the year. Because of this, Rave Benefits utilizes a variety of mediums to communicate with employees during and outside of open enrollment.

Cost is displayed at the top of our pyramid because we are not naive to the fact that it is generally one of the most important aspects to both our employers as well as their employees. In order to reduce the cost of benefits, each employer group must have a strong foundation and strategy centered around employee education, communication, wellness/prevention and compliance. When these strategies are implemented, that’s when the cost of healthcare can decrease. Without this strong foundation, the strategy will not work and the process will not be effective.
