We’ve cut out the costs that many of our competitors have, such as fancy office spaces, and passed those savings back to our employer groups while still maintaining the highest service in the industry. Because of this, we are proud to share our transparent pricing model on our website… something you definitely won’t be seeing from our competitors.

Medical Consulting Fee Option 1

Per Employee Per Month (PEPM) paid through carrier

  • $20 Per Employee Per Month

  • $15 Per Employee Per Month

  • $10 Per Employee Per Month

Ancillary Fees

  • No commission on employer-paid ancillary lines

  • 10% of premium on employee paid ancillary lines

Medical Consulting Fee Option 2

Flat Fee For Service paid directly to Rave Benefits

  • Based on your average employee count. Can be paid monthly, quarterly or annually.
